SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - AI & Procurement Platforms

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are a visionary Senior Product Manager who transforms modern technologies — especially Artificial Intelligence — into scalable, market-ready products. You actively shape the transformation of procurement through AI and automation and develop solutions that measurably improve real business processes. Working at the intersection of procurement, finance, technology, and data, you help build a platform that enables companies to digitally manage their entire value chain.

YOUR ROLE

• Drive the next generation of our Procurement and P2P platform with a strong focus on automation, efficiency, and AI-native features
• Develop and execute a clear product vision for digital procurement processes (Source-to-Pay, eProcurement, Supplier Management)
• Identify and integrate technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation solutions into the product strategy
• Design innovative features such as:
  • AI-driven autonomous purchasing processes
  • Intelligent supplier selection and evaluation
  • Automated invoice processing and validation
  • AI-supported decision-making in procurement
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitors in the procurement software and digital purchasing space
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, and UX teams to build scalable platform solutions
• Define and monitor data-driven KPIs (e.g. process costs, cycle times, automation rates) to measure product performance
• Own go-to-market strategies and positioning as an innovative procurement platform
• Ensure seamless integration with adjacent systems such as ERP, Finance, Accounting, and Supplier Networks

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in Product Management, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or Procurement environments
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement / Source-to-Pay processes as well as ERP and finance integrations
• Interest or experience in AI, especially Generative AI, automation, and data-driven workflows
• Understanding of platforms, workflows, and scalable digital solutions
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to translate complex procurement and finance processes into intuitive, user-centric software solutions
• Structured, data-driven working style with strong prioritization and roadmapping skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on mentality and a high level of ownership
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for innovation and technology trends
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German or Scandinavian language skills are a plus
